Amazon eero 6 mesh wifi add-on extender - Add up to 1,500 sq. ft. of Wi-Fi 6 coverage. Required eero mesh wifi system not included

Overall sentiment: Our feedback is mixed but leans positive. We appreciate the eero 6 extender’s straightforward setup and the improvement it can bring to home Wi-Fi, though inconsistent connectivity and reliability keep us from viewing it as a dependable solution for everyone.

What we like: We value the strong signal coverage across the home and the noticeable speed gains some users report—occasionally around 30–40 Mbps. The app is also described as simple to use, making setup and management easier. Many customers are pleased with the experience and recommend the product.

What we dislike: Connection performance varies by device: some connect smoothly, while others drop frequently. Reliability is also inconsistent, with some customers reporting trouble or failures and others having no issues. Opinions differ on whether the extender offers enough value for its price.

Common themes: Easy setup, broad coverage, speed improvements, app usability, device compatibility, reliability, and value for money recur in the feedback.

Our recommendation: We would consider recommending it to eero users seeking an easy way to extend coverage, but with a caveat: results may vary, and buyers should weigh reports of dropouts and reliability issues against the potential performance gains.
